To monitor a Microsoft Exchange Server in Site Watcher enter the IP Address of the Server, set the Type to 'Port Ping' and enter Port 691

To monitor a Microsoft Exchange Server in TIM or BAM set the Type to 'Server Monitoring', the Server Type to 'TCP IP', the Measure Type to 'Port Ping', and enter the IP Address of the Server and the Port used 691
