Monitoring your Oracle Database Server with Site Watcher



Click on the menu and select 'Site Manager'


Enter a Name eg 'My Oracle Server' and the IP Address of your Server'
Click the 'Type' icon
Change the Type to Port Ping and enter '1521' as the Port to monitor.
Click Save

Your new Measure will now be displayed after you Restart Site Watcher
