Click on the menu and select 'Site Manager'
|
Enter a Name eg 'My VNC Server' and the IP Address of that Server'
|
Click the 'Type' icon
Change the Type to 'Port Ping', and set the Port as '5900'

Your new Measure will now be displayed after you Restart Site Watcher
